Session Timeout in Smart view.

 

 

Application: SmartView

Problem: Data not refreshing in a stipulated time when connected to private or shared connection in SmartView.

Resolution: To fix session time out issue in SmartView.

  1. Open Windows Registry Editor

Go to Start →  Run → type Regedit Before making any changes backup Windows Registry using “Export” option.

  1. Expand Computer → HKEY_CURRENT_USER → Software → Microsoft → Windows → CurrentVersion → Internet Settings.
  2. Change Base option to Decimal and value data to 900000 for the following registry keys
  • KeepAliveTimeout
  • ReceiveTimeout
  • ServerInfoTimeout

  1. Restart computer.
