Problem: Data not refreshing in a stipulated time when connected to private or shared connection in SmartView.
Resolution: To fix session time out issue in SmartView.
- Open Windows Registry Editor
Go to Start → Run → type Regedit Before making any changes backup Windows Registry using “Export” option.
- Expand Computer → HKEY_CURRENT_USER → Software → Microsoft → Windows → CurrentVersion → Internet Settings.
- Change Base option to Decimal and value data to 900000 for the following registry keys
- Restart computer.
